Hello! Here is Wang Zhouhong (王周宏).
I am a PhD student at the School of Information Management, Wuhan University, working on information resource management under the supervision of Professor Chuanfu Chen. I received my Master’s degree in Library Science from Sun Yat-sen University, where I was advised by Professor Peng Xiao.
My research measures the value of public cultural services with empirical methods — in practice, applying causal inference (quasi-natural experiments, difference-in-differences, instrumental variables) to the evaluation of public cultural services and library policy. I hope this work helps more people see what libraries and cultural institutions actually contribute to social development.
